IWSDS 2025 in Radio Euskadi
The coordinator of the European project CRYSTAL, M. Inés Torres, (Conversational Systems for Wellbeing and Customer Assistance), had the honor of being a guest on the program “La jaula de los normales” (The Cage of the Normal Ones), which focuses on mental health from a first-person perspective, broadcast on Cadena SER and dedicated to the dissemination and research of mental illnesses. She answered all the questions and concerns about AI and mental health raised by participants with mental illnesses, showcasing some of the work being carried out within the CRYSTAL project.
